• PRIMARY ACCOUNTING & FINANCIAL FUNCTIONS:
• General Ledger & Account Reconciliation: Reconcile general ledgers, bank statements, and balance sheet accounts to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate financial statements for management reviews, shareholder updates, and statutory tax reporting.
• Financial Analysis & Expense Management: Analyze complex financial data and manage corporate, operational, and employee expense records.
• Tax Filing & Regulatory Compliance: Prepare and file business tax declarations while ensuring full compliance with local, regional, and national tax regulations.
• Audit & Variance Analysis: Conduct internal audits and variance analyses to track financial trends, identify operational gaps, and rectify discrepancies.
• Cash Flow Forecasting & Advisory: Model and forecast cash flows, delivering data-driven recommendations based on financial performance metrics.
• Internal Controls & Fraud Prevention: Maintain robust internal accounting controls and system protocols to uphold accuracy, ensure compliance, and safeguard against fraud.

Required qualifications

• QUALIFICATIONS, COMPETENCIES & REQUIREMENT SKILLS
• EDUCATION:
• BA Degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, or a related field.
• WORK EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 4 years of relevant professional work experience in accounting and finance operations.
• Practical experience in coffee cleaning, processing, or export operations is highly preferable.
• CORE REQUIREMENT SKILLS:
• Strong financial analysis
