• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Routinely review, audit, and verify financial journal entries, ledger postings, and inventory transactions recorded in the ERP system.
• Analyze standard costs against actual operational costs and identify significant variances.
• Conduct regular reconciliations between physical inventory records and ERP system balances.
• Review ERP transaction logs to ensure compliance with financial policies and internal control procedures.
• Identify posting errors, unauthorized overrides, unusual transactions, and cost anomalies.
• Ensure transactions are accurately recorded, properly supported, and aligned with established accounting procedures.

Required qualifications

• QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the hotel, hospitality, restaurant, manufacturing, or other inventory-intensive industries.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory accounting, reconciliations, and financial controls.
• Experience working with ERP or accounting systems is required.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and financial data analysis skills.
