• Job Title: Enterprise Solutions Manager

• JOB SUMMARY:
• Provide strategic and technical leadership across ADIU's enterprise solution deployment teams.
• Coordinate and execute technical deployment activities in alignment with project timelines, quality standards, and organizational objectives.
• Drive technical excellence, resource optimization, capacity development, knowledge sharing, and client satisfaction across all deployment teams.
• KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Technical Leadership & Alignment: Provide strategic and technical leadership across deployment teams; partner with Enterprise Project Managers to align technical deployments with project timelines and plans.
• Quality Control & Process Standards: Oversee deployment processes, technical documentation, and quality assurance to meet client requirements and established organizational standards.
• Performance & Resource Allocation: Conduct periodic performance reviews to evaluate project execution, quality, and capacity gaps; oversee resource allocation and mobilization based on specialization and operational priority.
• Risk Management & Escalation: Lead technical risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and serve as the final escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Manage high-level technical communications/negotiations with client technical teams; provide technical input on SLAs, warranties, and maintenance frameworks.
• Business Development & Growth: Collaborate with the Business Development Department during bid preparation and proposal activities.
• Team Development & Culture: Oversee technical capacity building, knowledge transfer, and mentorship; participate in recruitment and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
• Leadership & Execution: Strategic/technical leadership of multidisciplinary engineering teams; expertise in technical deployment and project execution management.
• Resource & Risk Management: Resource planning, capacity management, technical risk assessment, and complex problem resolution.
• Domain Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of enterprise solutions/infrastructure, cybersecurity, virtualization, networking, and cloud technologies.
• Quality & Compliance: Deep understanding of technical quality assurance and standardized deployment practices.
• Communication & Mentorship: Strong client relationship management, cross-functional stakeholder coordination, technical communication, mentorship, and team development.

Required qualifications

• QUALIFICATIONS, COMPETENCIES & REQUIREMENT SKILLS
• EDUCATION:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Management Systems, or a related field.
• WORK EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in enterprise solutions, technical deployment, engineering management, or related IT engineering fields.
• PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS & TRAINING:
• HCI (Hyper-Converged Infrastructure) – Virtualization
• VMware vSphere
• Microsoft Hyper-V / Azure Stack (Fundamentals)
• CompTIA Security+
• Cisco CCNA or Network+
• CORE REQUIREMENT SKILLS:
• Technical proficiency in enterprise infrastructure
• Cloud networking and file sharing
