• Job Purpose:
• Responsible for supporting the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the organization's ERP system and related applications. Provides technical assistance, user support, system troubleshooting, and business process improvement to ensure efficient operations and user satisfaction.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and roll out new modules and features within the in-house ERP system.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Operations, and Sales departments to understand business requirements.
• Configure and optimize Odoo modules based on organizational needs.
• Provide ongoing support to internal users, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Analyze system usage and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with the development team on bug fixes, system upgrades, and enhancements.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate system changes before release.
• Prepare user guides and training materials and conduct user training sessions.
• Assist with data migration, data cleaning, and reporting.
• Ensure data integrity, system reliability, and smooth ERP operations.

Required qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience: More than 4 years in ERP implementation and or support.
• Preferred Experience: In-house or custom-built systems, Odoo, process improvement, business analysis, and internal ERP user support.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic Odoo development using Python and XML, SQL, reporting tools, and Agile development environments.
• Business Process Knowledge: Finance, Inventory, HR, Procurement, and other internal business operations.
• Required Skills: Troubleshooting, analytical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Competencies: Ability to translate business needs into system solutions, proactive user-focused approach, and cross-departmental teamwork.
