• Responsibilities
• Conduct regular internal audits of hotel financial and operational transactions.
• Review transactions recorded in Odoo ERP for completeness, accuracy, authorization, and proper accounting treatment.
• Audit sales transactions processed through hotel POS systems, including: Sales, Refunds and Voids
• Conduct periodic physical verification of cash, inventory, food and beverage items, consumables, fixed assets, and other hotel resources.
• Review purchasing, receiving, stores, issuing, and consumption processes.
• Test compliance with applicable government regulations and approved financial policies and procedures.

Required qualifications

• Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Internal Auditing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant internal audit, accounting, or financial control experience, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry.
• Practical experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
• Experience auditing POS systems, inventory systems, and financial transactions is highly desirable.
