Job Summary – Hybrid Videographer & Video Editor
• Film property tours, construction progress, promotional videos, interviews, and corporate content.
• Create cinematic real estate videos showcasing property features, premium lifestyles, and the company’s brand.
• Edit videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Produce promotional advertisements, project presentations, and branded video content.
• Perform color grading, sound design, transitions, subtitle creation, and motion graphics.
• Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to plan and execute content ideas.
• Organize video footage, maintain filming equipment, and deliver projects within deadlines.
• Stay updated on video production techniques, editing trends, and social media formats.
• Assist with photography and drone filming when qualified and properly authorized.
