VACANCY OVERVIEW & SUMMARY POSITION DETAILS: - Employer: Bezaw Curbside P.L.C. - Title: Assistant Onboarding Officer - Service Platform: "Addis Drive-Thru" - Vacancies: 2 (Two) - Primary Location: Kazanchis, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (Requires heavy field work / neighborhood canvassing) - Employment Type: Full-Time (Onsite) - Salary: 8,000 ETB Gross / Monthly - Experience Level: Entry Level / Fresh Graduate JOB PURPOSE: - Serve as frontline scouts for merchant expansion by physically canvassing neighborhoods, identifying high-value vendor leads (supermarkets, cafes, restaurants), executing cold pitches, and gathering initial registration documents to support the corporate sales pipeline.

  • QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
  • REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Energy & Field Readiness: High physical energy and strong willingness to spend the majority of the workday operating in the field across Addis Ababa.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills; fearless in cold-approaching and engaging established business owners.
  • Organization: Detail-oriented in collecting compliance documents and tracking merchant leads.
  • Language: Professional fluency in Amharic (English proficiency is an added advantage).
  • Mindset: Results-oriented, hungry attitude with a desire to build a career in B2B sales.
  • REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • Field canvassing and operational mobility across Addis Ababa
  • Lead generation & cold-pitching
  • Interpersonal communication
  • Detail-oriented lead tracking and document management
